Change of Mind Returns
We accept change-of-mind returns within 3 days from the date of delivery under the following conditions:
Product must be unused
Original packaging must be intact
Protective plastic wrap on the handle/product must remain unopened and undamaged
Product should be returned in resellable condition
If the returned product does not meet these conditions, the return request may be rejected.
Return Shipping Charges
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns.
A ₹200 retrieval charge may apply for unsuitable or rejected returns.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item Received
If you receive:
A damaged product
A defective item
The wrong product
Please report it within 48 hours of delivery with:
Order ID
Clear photos/videos of the issue
Packaging images
Once verified, AKTYX will provide:
Replacement
Exchange
Refund (if applicable)
Return Shipping Charges
AKTYX will bear the return shipping cost for:
Damaged on arrival items
Wrong item deliveries
Approved warranty claims

All eligible AKTYX products come with an automatic 90-day warranty from the date of delivery.
No Registration Required
Your warranty is automatically activated after purchase.

Warranty Replacement Timeline
Approved warranty replacements are usually dispatched within 7 working days after inspection approval.
Order Cancellation
Customers may cancel orders:
Anytime before shipping
Completely free of charge
Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted and standard return policies will apply.
